8.0Das Appartement liegt direkt am Bahnhof und daher auch nah am Zentrum, das man auch zu Fuß schnell über die schöne Parkanlage erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und übersichtlich, für eine Person ist sie optimal. Pluspunkt ist ein sehr großer Balkon, auch wenn er zur Straße ausgerichtet ist.
− Da sie direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, muss Frau mit Verkehrslärm rechnen, das ist der einzige Minuspunkt für diese Wohnung.
