6.0− - Die angepriesenen Pflegeprodukte waren Probegrößen aus dem DM, die zum Teil angebrochen, oder leer waren! - Das WLan wird um 22.30 abgeschaltet - Die Handtücher passten alle nicht zusammen, eine bunt gewürfelte Mischung.. einen Duschvorleger gab es erst auf Nachfrage - Der Staubsauger in der Wohnung war völlig verdreckt. Als wir das reklamiert haben, wurde er gesäubert, mit dem Kommentar, das müssen die Vormieter gewesen sein!

6.0House and location was beautiful! Very close to everything accessible
− Unfortunately despite spending significant time cleaning the apartment to leave it as we found it we did not receive our full deposit for the following reasons: - the empty dishwasher was running a rinse cycle - the white fry pan we scrubbed clean had some dark marks after being used - the rubbish we had sorted into compost, recycling, and general upon their request had not been taken out (no clear instructions around this had been communicated prior) - there were some crumbs left on the stove top We had wiped down all surfaces, made all the beds and cleaned every item we had used in the apartment with the understanding that the owners would still need to turn it over between guests. Placing responsibility on the guests to leave the apartment ready for the next guests is unfortunately unreasonable and not a realistic expectation we could live up to. Bearing the cost of that unrealistic expectation left us feeling unwanted as guests despite our best efforts to be friendly, kind and accommodating. Everything else was amazing.
