10.0It's in a lovely village, shallow water, perfect for kids, the apartment is 10 minutes by walk from the beach. Great communication with the host. The apartment was nice and clean. Many shops nearby. Finding a parking space was a little bit tricky but in August it was expected.

9.0Место хорошее, до моря минут 7 пешком. Море тоже хорошее и чистое. Квартира очень чистая и удобная, есть все что надо, супер отзывчивый хозяин, который всегда на связи и готов помочь решить проблемы. Кондиционер работает в двух комнатах, до третьей долетает холод, плюс там вентилятор. Хороший балкон со столиком, где можно завтракать/ужинать.
− Есть перебои с водоснабжением, но в доме есть резервуар с большим запасом воды, если следовать инструкциям хозяина, то вода в кране всегда есть. Машиной имеет смысл пользоваться только для дальних поездок, в сезон парковочные места забиты. Хотя рядом с домом нам два раза удалось припарковаться, но все равно машин много

10.0The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. Also, it had a very good internet connection. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place near Pefkochori!
