− There was a peculiar smell to the apartment, maybe because of the old structures and old drainage system. But overall it was a small issue.

A gem of an apartment in beautiful Roma
10.0From the moment Stefano met us and showed us the apartment, we were delighted. It was spotless. The bed was really comfortable. The showers were perfect and the air conditioning was easy to use and welcome. Such attention to detail too. Stefano was immediately contactable for any enquiry, yet he wasn't intrusive. Location was ideal for all the famous sites. At night, it felt safe and was exceptionally quiet. We would stay again at the Apartment Costaguti, in a heartbeat. Wonderful five night stay!

Reservations for 1-2 guests provide for only the double bed in the room and the sofa remains as such in the living room. Reservations for 3-4 guests, otherwise, provide for the sofa bed located in the living room in addition to the double bed located in the room. In the case of reservations for 2 guests who need to sleep in separate beds, it is mandatory to request the use of the sofa bed at the time of booking (this request involves an extra charge of 20€ per night to be paid only in cash upon check-in).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
