7.0Good location, clean apartment, a large selection of restaurants and cafes nearby, 24-hour supermarket and grocery market 10 minutes' walk. Also, there is a metro station nearby.
− The mattresses are very uncomfortable, and after every night you literally need to massage your back. The soundproofing in the apartment is terrible. Everyone entering the building or using the restroom in the neighboring apartment literally walks right through you. The shower will disappoint you, because it is designed either for a child or for a person weighing up to 60 kg, heavier people will not be able to turn around in it - it is very narrow. And most importantly- the landlady may forget about your arrival and not leave the keys/
