Excellent location, clean, excellent communication and service
10.0The apartment was perfect location. We had something on at The Riverfront which was a 5 minute walk from the property. Also I left a personal item there and they sent this back to me in the post with no charge. Which is so kind of them. Communication before was perfect. Really good explanation of how to get the keys. We had a fantastic time and will be booking again next year. Thank you so much for excellence service.

− Check out time is a little early. I appreciate cleaning has to be facilitated but some degree of flexibility would help if possible.

8.0A quiet comfortable clean apartment right next to Rodney Parade Rugby ground.
− The whole experience was a lot of hassle and not cheap. The initial instructions, arrival form completion, car parking instructions, trek to find the keys, refundable deposit and repeat when leaving. A shame because it’s a nice apartment.

− Check in was very difficult having to walk to a key nest half a mile away ??? Needs simplifying especially for those who travel by train ?
