Just a scam! Don’t book. You’ll loose your money and have no place to sleep.
1.0− Did not get my key. Did not answer phone call. Did not reply on chat. Stole my money. Just criminals. Took last train to Martigny and found a place to sleep, arriving 2 O’Clock in the night. Booking.com. Please delete this appartment from your pages. Just Scam!

− the host was not approachable at all, host did not turn up to hand over the key. we lost important 4-5 hours to find alternaitve accomodation from Bookings.com.

− The hotel does not exist. Its a clear scam. The owner wrote me on the very day that the hotel does not exist. And i need to sort things out with booking. there was no willingness to compensate me back or be a kind human being on part of the owner. I hope he gets policed.
