Niesamowita lokalizacja, bankon z pięknym widokiem, dwa wydajne klimatyzatory, dużo miejsca do parkowania, czystość, ładna łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Bardzo duży lokal.

− Niewielka ilość kapsułek do zmywarki, telewizor bez dostępu do internetu, brak płynu do prania. To jednak czepianie się na sile. Lokal jest niesamowity.

Super Urlaub, schönes Apartment, hatten einen tolle Zeit dort.

Schönes helles großzügig geschnittenes Apartment, der Meerblick ist echt klasse. Man kann direkt vorm Haus seitlich am Straßenrand parken.

− Es war leider nicht sonderlich sauber, hat uns jetzt aber nicht so gestört, wenn man jedoch großen Wert auf enorme Sauberkeit legt, sollte man evtl. was anderes buchen. Ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was wir eigentlich toll fanden, jedoch waren leider nicht wirklich Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, das war ein bisschen blöd weil man wirklich alles mit dem Auto anfahren musste.

The house is lovely and spacious neat and tidy

− We were not told about the construction taking place so the scaffolding blocked our view of the sea and it was very unpleasant to look at. We had to keep the window blinds closed for privacy

Helle Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick nah am Strand

Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung sehr gefallen- am Strand, ruhig und 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist hell mit zwei Balkonen und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und eine kleine Spülmaschine, sowie einen guten Schirm für den Strand. Der Duschkopf war schon bei Anreise defekt, wir haben dem Vermieter geschrieben und er hat direkt reagiert und sich darum gekümmert ihn zeitnah auszutauschen. Es gab eine sehr nette Strandliegen- Vermietung mit leckeren Snacks ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

− Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden. Es fehlen zum Beispiel Küchenhandtücher, scharfe Messer, mehr Gläser,…Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber, aber bei genauerem hinsehen gab es leider schmutzige Stellen. Zum Beispiel die Töpfe zum Kochen mussten wir selbst nochmal spülen, auf dem Balkon ein sehr voller Aschenbecher, etwas sandiger Boden/ Teppich. Und die Beschreibung bitte gut lesen, wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes ein Baugerüst direkt vor Fenster/ Balkon…Ich hatte es tatsächlich übersehen, war aber ganz unten aufgeführt.

Nice sea view (if there is no construction work) and easy free parking on the street.

− Cleaning before our arrival was superficial: probably only changed bed linen and towels (even these were old and with stains). Bathroom was obviously not cleaned as there were mold and soap stains in the shower, stained couch, clearly not dusted since long time, same with the balconies. Some defective objects like the outside shower, toilet cover, missing table ware and cutlery. When notifying the management company about the deficiencies, they showed themselves completely uninterested, “we are aware of the deficiencies of the apartment, do not worry we will not charge you for these.”, no apologies and no measures to improve aforementioned issues.
