Amamos absolutamente tudo! Já estamos com saudades e decidimos que esse será nosso hotel oficial em Gramado! Funcionários sempre cordiais, quarto maravilhoso, com vista incrível, café da manhã excepcional, piscina, vista, academia… tudo merece nota 10!

Fantástico hotel exclusivo em Gramado

Hotel exclusivo com apenas 56 quartos, bom gosto em tudo. Roupa de cama e roupao Trousseau, café da manhã espetacular (até as 11h), piscina e jacuzzis aquecidas com linda vista, comida do restaurante de excelente qualidade. Todos os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Tomadas para carregamento de carro elétrico (pago a parte). Ideal para famílias com 2 crianças, que dormem no sofá cama da sala.

− Único ponto negativo foi o travesseiro da baixa qualidade, não condizente com o nível do hotel. Ao questionar para a gerência, trocaram por um excelente travesseiro da Trousseau. Poderiam comprar para todos os quartos esse padrão.
