− Main door to enter the flat. Not enough space to open door And I struggle to place key inside key locker also and shower tape can’t open with soapy hand and washroom Light on and off kind of damage Lastly Recycle bin and food waste bin wasn’t there

− Det var noget træt - et par af vinduerne var knækket og repareret med tape og kun et vindue kunne åbnes, så det var meget varmt.

Thoroughly enjoyed Plymouth and with some care and attention this apartment has the potential to be fantastic.

The property was in an excellent location, close to everything that we wanted, good to have the parking space. It was bigger than we thought it would be (3 bedrooms instead of 2. Fans provided were much needed.

− The over riding feeling was that the property was tired and needing some essential maintenance. Evidence of water damage in several parts of the property, the only window that opened was in the bathroom. The windows were clearly needing replaced, one bedroom pane was boarded up, 2 in the living room were cracked (one held together with tape), they were also screwed shut to prevent opening. There were fans in every room which helped during the heatwave but really only circulated the hot air as the windows could not be opened. Things were missing in the kitchen- not enough cutlery (only 2 forks and teaspoons) I did inform of this and promptly received more knives and dessert spoons! Considering this apartment could host 8 people there was no ovenware and not enough saucepans, only 2 medium pans. A lot of chipped cups/crockery.

Location and parking was very good.

− Owner needed to be reminded to provide access information on the morning of our stay as we had not received this information 24 hours beforehand as promised. We were also asked to allow an estate agent escorted viewing of the property, which we declined. It was not obvious which parking space had been allocated, and no details were provided so we had to check after arrival. The key was wired into the lock box so we had to use the code to get the key every time we went into the apartment. It also meant the key was outside the apartment the entire time, meaning anyone with the code could get into the apartment. The window in the bedroom opened into a corridor inside the property. The living room window only opened 6 inches. The kitchen window could not be opened at all. This meant there was very little ventilation in the apartment. The blinds on the bathroom window were hanging off on one side and the whole thing came off during our stay. The blinds were all very dirty. Clothes and food from previous occupants had been left in the apartment. The floor was not level so there were one inch trip hazards in the bedroom and bathroom. There was no lock on the bathroom door and if you forgot someone was in there the door hit the person on the toilet. The bed was just a double bed, which was disappointing as the room could easily hold a queen size bed.

it says 2 bedroom with a sofa bed. but in fact 3 bedrooms. location is good, close to uni, shops and restaurants.

− several windows are broken. the place is dirty and black mould. a couple of doors can't close properly. the reality isn't like those in the photos. texted the number provided but never got reply.
