8.0Bin schon das dritte Mal dort gewesen. Preislich, top, komfortabel und super Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Cottbus und daran hatte die Unterkunft einen großen Anteil.
10.0Für unsere nächtliche Anreise haben wir eine sehr gute Zugangsbeschreibung erhalten! Bei einem Missgeschick von mir habe ich einen Schaden angerichtet. Ich habe mich dann telefonisch bei der Leitung gemeldet. Meine Ansprechpartnerin hat es sehr freundlich zur Kenntnis genommen und wirklich sehr zugewandt reagiert. Ich hatte ein sehr schlechtes Gewissen und das wurde mir mit dem netten Gespräch genommen . Danke sehr!!!
