Autopaikallinen huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla
8.0Siisti ja modernisti remontoitu huoneisto. Parkkipaikka ( vaikka voi olla hieman ahdas). Ok sijainti, KGB-museolle 300 metriä ja toiseen suuntaan vapauden muistomerkille 700 metriä.
− Taloa ja naapuritaloa remontoidaan, minkä vuoksi piha-alue on epäsiisti.

10.0Totul modern și funcțional. Curățenie, am avut ceai, cafea, prăjitor pâine și prosoape bucătărie. Și deasemenea sa nu uitam de izolarea fonica foarte buna.
− Poate un pic prea departe de centru, dar daca era mai aproape sigur era ai mai scump.

Nice modern apartment in Riga city center
9.0Great location in the city center, quiet despite of being near busy streets. Nice, modern and very clean apartment with everything we needed. Perfect for 2-3 persons. Communications with owner were easy and polite.
− Funny layout with shower in the kitchen (too), but probably not big enough for more adults, maybe kids would fit in kitchen/living room sofa bed. For 2 adults it was fine because it has a huge bedroom. Air-con is super loud so cannot really be used, luckily we didn't need it. The apartment is nice but the building/inner garden under renovation and the views outside very shabby.
