4.0Niente , a differenza delle precedenti occasioni in cui sono stato ospite della struttura. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura almeno 5/6/7 volte a partire da ottobre 2025, con prenotazioni effettuate ( tranne la prima volta direttamente mediante telefonata diretta alla struttura) , sempre tramite booking. Sono arrivato alla struttura insieme ad un mio amico che mi ha sempre accompagnato, quando non mi e' stato possibile portare la mia compagna. La stanza prenotata tramite booking in data 02/04/2026 e da booking confermata con e-mail datata Giovedi 02/04/2026 alle h-20.50 ( camera con vista montagna , sempre lei ; con due letti singoli ad euro 62,00) era impegnata , nonostante la prenotazione e la sua conferma di accettazione per il soggiorno della notte di domenica 19/07/2026, Mi e'ì stata data un'altra stanza che aveva la porta di accesso che non si inchiavava, ed abbiamo dovuto dormire con una porta che si apriva dall'esterno senza alcuno problema. Ho protestato e segnalato il problema alla proprietaria e la sua risposta e stata che non ci sarebbe stato alcun problema a dormire in una stanza che non si inchiavava , e che comunque lei aveva tutte le stanze occupate e se non mi stata bene.. lei non poteva farci niente... All'interno del bagno mancavano alcuni accessori per la docciq ( spugnette per lavarsi) ed inoltre all'interno della doccia mentre mi lavavo ho avuto la sgradita sorpresa di trovare una lucertola.. grossa delusione rispetto alle precedenti occasioni
− Meglio non infierire..lasciamo perdere, vista la delusione , Essendo un cliente che in diverSe occasioni ha soggiornato in questa struttura, ehhh , non capivo, anzi non no ho avuto in precedenza e fino ad ora riscontro delle critiche e recensioni insoddisfacenti. Ora capisco!

8.0Posizione eccellente in un oasi di pace. Molto bella anche la piscina con i suoi spazi di pertinenza. La struttura, grande e completa di tutto, avrebbe enormi potenzialità se fosse sottoposta ad una globale opera di ammodernamento e "rinfrescata" ma, evidentemente, ciò non rientra assolutamente tra gli interessi e obiettivi dei proprietari.
