1.0− Unwelcoming and no flexibility from host to accomodate.
Not worth the money!

− Overall not worthy of the money. From the time we booked they insisted that the booking.com rate is wrong. If this is the case why didn't they pull out the ads from your platform. Just a way for them to charge more money to helpless client who came from far city/province? Flexibility and consideration is not on their menu. Just by understanding your guest had came from Manila who drove for 6 hours. Just an little flexibility would be very much appreciated but unfortunately for them it comes with a price. They charge you for everything and anything you can think of. Allowing you to early checkin even when the rooms are unoccupied has to charge you extra. Facilities Upon entering the house, you can see all the eye sore around without proper cover and full of unneccessary things stocked. Water tanks, pool water filter, gen set all are just disorganized. The common kitchen is only allowed to use if you booked the whole house (even you're the only one booked.) Water has very low pressure and shower water heater is not available. Television is not available in the common area or in all rooms. Food Ordered food in the restaurant in Sirom (same owner) but served with a grilled pork with full of fats and very little meat. Not worth the money you pay. Breakfast standardly in any other accomodation comes with free hot drinks. In ULI you are charged for a breakfast without any free drinks.

1.0− The reservation is confirmed and the hotel is closed. I tried to contact them without any response. It is a very bad scheme without refunding the payment.
