− Upon arrival, we were greeted by a cockroach that ran into the basement - we assume that this is not an isolated incident. The walls and curtains were moldy, and the humidity in the apartment was so high that our clothes, towels and bed linen remained wet even after 4 days. This significantly reduced our comfort, although such a problem could be remedied relatively easily, for example with a dehumidifier. In addition, there was a particularly unpleasant situation: the contact person wrote to us around 7:00 PM on Monday evening, when we were already at the Rosalia concert (which is why we had planned the trip anyway), asking us to immediately transfer 14 euros. We indicated that we were at the concert and asked if it could be arranged the next day, but she did not accept this. This greatly spoiled the evenings, as we had to try to arrange the transfer by phone, in a hurry. The evening dragged on, so we got home late, and then at 9 am the next morning she woke us up with a knock on the window to ask us to pay the amount again. We originally wanted to be able to settle this the next morning, in cash, as we had previously indicated. After all, she eventually gave the money back, so we don’t understand why there was so much pressure over just 14 euros for nearly 24 hours. The situation felt unnecessary and caused avoidable stress during our stay. The description of the accommodation was misleading: it is not a separate apartment, but a separate living area from a house. Overall, we feel that the value for money was not good and the issues we experienced made our stay significantly more unpleasant than expected.

La amabilidad del personal. Nos equivocamos de fecha y nos la cambiaron sin problema. Despues como iba haber ruido un dia nos cambiaron de apartamento. Super bien, repetiremos seguro.
