Not a three bedroom house, only two bedrooms

3.0

Advertised as a three bedroom house and was only a two bedroom house.

Not great with how grim the house was in terms of cleanliness, if it was through

4.0

Location was great

The bathroom was leaking through to the living room. Cobwebs in every single corner of the house, living room, kitchen, bathroom spiders in every single corner also. The garden you couldn’t step into as the grass was so long so not really suitable for dogs. My dog really struggled to go to the toilet with the grass been so long. The banister was awful it was broken so not steady at all. The wardrobe in the big bedroom the pole was broken so could hang anything up but we did fix it by screwing it back in. It’s classed as a 3 bedroom but technically 2 as the little room was a little office room with a desk which is fine but not classed as a bedroom. Kitchen sink tap was leaky to. If i could ask for at least half my money back i would it was not worth what i paid at all. I have a video of it leaking through but not allowing me to upload that so i have taken snapshots of the video to upload

A decent clean and comfortable house with a few niggles and poor garden.

6.0

Great location for us. Clean and very well equipped - especially in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice park close by - fr children and dogs.

A few things let this property down. I’ve shared these with the accommodation company. Annoying dripping tap in kitchen, broken banister ,broken towel rail etc. but the main issue for me was the state of the garden. It hadn’t had attention for a long time and was a total overgrown mess. This prevented us sitting in it and it was no good for my little dog.

Very, very disappointed! Reality didn't match the description.

3.0

Description said there was 3 bedrooms, there were 2! Big damp patch on living room ceiling, caused by the shower leaking through the roof! Spiders everywhere. Fridge/freezer plugged into a socket in the upstairs bedroom-didn't realise till we unplugged it and caused fridge to shut off and food to be thrown out! Weeds in back garden were waist high right to the back door. The kitchen tap dripped, incessantly, the whole time we were there!

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable and the location was good.

The place was not cleaned the place was hard to get into a lot of the things did not work and a lot of hazardous issue's around the house.

Average place - not great value for money.

6.0

Well equipped kitchen - good fridge, cooker & dish washer. Crockery and cutlery was good.

Bathroom not well maintained (rusty bathtub handles), toilet seat uncomfortable, bed mattress hard, rooms not well cleaned (we found cob webs & spiders in bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom). Seepage marks in living room ceiling, TV model quite outdated and remote was not functioning properly, back garden poorly maintained- overgrown grass etc.
