Amazing location cosy and comfortable inside everything we needed. We have stayed near the cottage previous years and love it there so booking clerks cottage was a great new find!!

− We had a horrible time checking into the properly we was there for 4 o’clock as asked we could not get the key safe to open, struggling to open it call the company up and having two elderly parents outside in the cold wet dark evening. I did get hold of the cottages letting agent but we was over an hour waiting to get in. Luckily a neighbor had a key and let us in. A lovely man came 10 minutes after and looked at the key safe. It had been jammed shut there was 3 keys in there. That was why it would not open. He gave us a key and apologized. The next day he came and put up a new key safe. He was very kind and apologetic. The cottage was amazing we loved staying there but would worry that the key problem would happen again. The check in needs to be made sure it never happens again. My parents were very disappointed as we had paid a lot of money to stay the weekend.
