7.0We, 4 people, used the appartement for one night as "stopover" on the way to the harbor. Space was enough, equipment was good and also the beds were good. So the price performance ratio was good. It's definetely not a space for long holidays but good for short stays. Generally it is an old arpartement but it was clean. The instructions to get the key were detailled and the contact person was also quick in response - very good
− The first impression was a bit a question mark since the entranc and the staircase were not in a good condition. In comparison the room was ok but the flush of the toilet was broken - it worked somehow but the cover was off and so we had to fiddle around to make it work. Since the appartement is in the center the sound of the town is quite loud - which was known and accepted.

9.0The apartment is in a very good location. The port, viewpoint, and the sea are all within walking distance. It is well-equipped and clean. Very friendly service and a communicative host.
