− Sin parking, hay que buscar parking en las calles cercanas, se consigue puestos en la calle pero hay que tener paciencia.

− Toallas no muy limpias, el sistema de apertura ( fallaba ), la cafetera italiana inservible porque no vale para inducción , el dormitorio de abajo (el colchón y no legal aire acondicionado)

8.0Sehr gute Lage in Torrent, Supermärkte und U-Bahn sehr nahe. Größe des Hauses sehr angenehm. Die Betten sind bequem und auch die Decken sehr gut. Es waren auch 2 Handtücher pro Person vorhanden. Das Haus war auch recht sauber.
− Heizung im EG schlecht, im OG sehr gut. Leider ist die Ausstattung der Küche sehr minimal, es gibt nicht einmal Kaffetassen oder einen Wasserkrug oder einen Teekessel. Dafür aber 5 Pfannen.... Der Türcode hat beim Check-In nicht funktioniert, mussten etwa 45 Minuten mit Service-Hotline (die war sehr nett und hilfgsbereit) telefonieren, um ins Haus zu kommen. Chek-In war für 14:30 vereinbart, im Haus waren wir dann erst nach 15:00 Uhr.
