9.0Overall rumah dalam keadaan bersih dan sangat selesa,memang berbaloi dengan harga,sangat puas hati
− Basic rumah memang bersih tapi sangat berhabuk di tempat2 yang jarang disentuh contohnya bawah rak tv,tingkap2,dinding,kipas,aircond dan hiasan dalam rumah,mungkin faktor tuan rumah berumur dan sibuk,jadi tak sempat bersihkan habuk2 tersebut..jd perlu tingkatkan lagi aspek ini untuk keselesaan pengunjung dimasa hadapan
