− Customer service was not up to standard. This morning i could not find the helper at the reception. The room had no iron and ironing board. After deciding to wear un ironed clothes, i went looking for the helper at the reception to drop the keys. No one was there. I waited and waited. . I had to leave the property by just hooting at the gate because no one was at service of the only guest that was there. Quite disappointing really.
