− The general state of disrepair, the uncleanliness, the smell in the house, the missing light bulbs, the doors that wouldn't close, missing appliances, etc, etc

− Parking was not good, no garden as such. China was chipped and worn and not much cutlery so poor to other houses we have stayed in.

8.0Well laid out property as as shown in photos. Everything you would want in a lovely location. Parking really useful as very limited on the street.

− The bathroom next to the kitchen, it also smelt really bad in there so i didnt use it at all The water kept going cold whilst showering in the downstairs bathroom
If it wasn’t for the plumbing issues it would have been perfect. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the kitchen die to the sm

− There is an isssue with the plumbing which caused a terrible smell from the bathroom that travelled all the way through the kitchen and living area. The macerator pump in the en-suite also leaked
