Everything I needed was in the property. It looks very good on the inside. You would not think that it would be so nice and comfortable. Everything looks new like it is a new remodel.

Home away from home! It was so cozy, clean, and nicer than most condos I’ve been too! My kids definitely side eyes me because it is located in a trailer park area, but when we went in….. we were all blown away by how nice it was! We had some issues with the internet but they replaced the modem and all was good. We weren’t upset without it though just the kids. The owner was there when we got back one day replacing it and was soo kind and friendly. He even gave us a gift card since it had been out. Everything is furnished and they provided a few beach toys/supplies which was very nice. We didn’t have to lug our canopy bc they had an umbrella and all. The beds were comfortable and clean. Plush blankets in the ottoman thing for snuggling. The home binder was so laid out detailing how everything works and they had a list of restaurants, kid friendly things to do, closest beaches, etc. All the personable things made a huge difference to me. If you are on the fence DONT BE!! Visit here and I promise you won’t regret the stay.

− The grill was out of gas and we weren’t sure where to get more, but we just cooked on the stove. The shower floor was beautiful but hurts a little, I simply suggest a rubber mat or something for padding.

The location was awesome! It was central to everything. They were very fast to respond to questions and had every detail covered. They even had beach things to use in the shed! This was an incredible stay. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. 10/10 recommend.

I loved this property. I travel a lot and have made at least 100 bookings through booking.com. This property ranks in the top 5 overall, and its ranking is number 1 for cleanliness. This is a single-wide mobile home, but don't let that stop you. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is plenty large for couples and families. The owner has made so many thoughtful additions. It wasn't beach weather when we visited, but there were beach towels in the home. Unlike many vacation rentals, all the plates, cups, glasses, and kitchen-ware are of very good quality and are a matched set. There is even a dedicated cupboard for children's plates and cups. The coffee situation was great and there were more than enough coffee pods for our stay. I loved that the bunk beds and queen bed were squared away like they would be in a Marine barracks. I enjoyed the military theme - the khaki and tan with rust colored accents completed the picture. This would be an ideal location for an extended stay.

− There are no dislikes about the property, but I recommend bringing a sleep mask because the blinds in the bedroom let in the morning light. Also, we have T-Mobile cell service and coverage in this area is nearly non-existent. We had to use WIFI calling.
