10.0Es una preciosa casa de vacaciones. Con vistas al mar y amplia terraza. Rosa está pendiente de todo es muy amable. Nos prestó sillas y sombrillas para bajar a la playa.

− Devo dirvi che sono dispiaciuto di trovare ancora delle recensioni vecchie, però al momento la struttura non ha nessuna vista mare ha solo la vista case costruite e parcheggi in zona campagna, la casa si trova in interiore senza vista.
Appartamento comodo e ben attrezzato, a pochi passi dal centro.
9.0Ottimo soggiorno a Marzamemi. L'appartamento è spazioso, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole. La posizione è molto comoda: il centro del paese si raggiunge facilmente a piedi, e la disponibilità di un posto auto privato rappresenta un vero valore aggiunto, soprattutto a Marzamemi dove parcheggiare può essere difficile. La colazione è stata buona e gli accessori a disposizione erano numerosi e utili. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno e lo consigliamo senza esitazione a chi desidera visitare Marzamemi.
− L'arredamento zona cucina potrebbe essere un po' rinnovato. Un piccolo dettaglio migliorabile è l'assenza di uno straccio per la cucina. Il primo giorno abbiamo avvertito qualche rumore, ma nei giorni successivi l'ambiente è risultato tranquillo e rilassante.
