8.0Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. L'appartamento pulito, accogliente, ben accessoriato ed ottima posizione. Comodissimo il parcheggio riservato davanti all'appartamento e bellissimo il terrazzino con giardino esterno. La consigliamo vivamente a tutti.

5.0Cesare is very friendly and the unit is quite clean and modern.
− The first morning, there was no coffee for the machine and when he brought it, 3 were included, that's all. If you wanted more, you had to buy them. 3 people staying in the unit might warrant more than 3 free coffees. Also, it said there is a fan but when I went to look for it before going to bed, it wasn't there and Cesare brought it the next morning. I also noticed the coffee cups had not been cleaned well at all when we got there. Lastly, I should have looked at the check out as it was 10:00 rather than 11:00, which is much more common and it was not flexible because he had given the next visitor a 12:00 check-in

10.0The place is very comfortable, nice and clean, there is everything needed, the kitchen is well-equipped. We were with our own car there and it was important to have safe parking for it and it was given here. The house is in a small street, so it could be difficult to get there with a bigger car. But it is a calm place. The owner tries to do his best for the guests, he is there to answer your questions. Would definitely recommend it and come again.

− Could have done with more information like for instance what the procedures were for rubbish etc and it would have been nice to have ideas and tips for local area. No wine glasses in the cupboard would have been useful
