− The fence between us and the neighbour are too short as someone during our stay jumped onto the property. When we got to the property, we noticed that the grill wasn't cleaned at all by the cleaners that should have cleaned it

8.0Quiet but still close to the heart of town. Well resolved key/access set up. Modern, clean and generous facilities and appliances.

− Impersonal departure instructions are designed to be used with many houses around town. E.g. “If your property has a dishwasher,” (ours didn’t, by the way).

You will be emailed and SMS check-in instructions at 1pm on the day of your arrival, in preparation for a 3pm check-in. Bright Escapes office hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 9:00 until 17:00. The office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.
