9.0Much space, excellent location.
− Stairs up to third floor were quite steep. For an elderly person with a knee problem.
Excellent location with great views, very comfortable and cozy place, but not great value for money.
7.0The property is really easy to get to from either the train station or the tram stop, and easy to access. The views over the lake and up the mountain are amazing. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned.
− The value for money was not what I was expecting. For the nightly rate, I'm not expecting luxury, but I would expect everything in the property to work flawlessly. The TV was not connected to any input, and the electronic lock on the entry door broke meaning that we couldn't fully close or lock the door for our last two days of our stay. We also had two other groups show up during our stay that believed they had booked our property. They may have got the directions wrong to their property, but it was a little stressful.
A few technical problems, though dealt with quickly by the owner.

− 住宿实际上是阁楼，对于我们家庭多人出行的团队不友好，多个行李箱搬运很不方便，层高也不够高，经常撞头。也许是我们的原因电视机没法使用。刚开始Wi-Fi网络无法使用，但是房东能立刻过来调试。淋浴热水水量不够我们6人使用。
