Never Felt So Lucky to Get Double Booked

Nothing. Don't stay here.

− Booked well in advance, yet arrived to find we'd been double booked (clearly due to the higher rate paid by the others due to being a larger group). No notice, no apoligy, ignored messages prior to arrival. Really just quite poor behaviour sadly. Those that we were double booked with invited us in and showed us how filthy and poorly maintained the house was, felt lucky in the end. Unregistered car filling the one parking area, fall hazard on porch, junk across yard, missing doorhandles, utensils unclean, random underwear in furniture. Clearly not properly cleaned in a long time, they really did us a favor double booking. Massively overpriced and poorly managed. 0/10 seriously just dont.

Quite spacious

− No bedside lamps Bedside drawer rim marks (not wiped clean) No extra blankets Hairs on uncovered duvet inners Bathroom - no bins - no towel rails - mirror Guest bedroom - bed unmade and used linen Mattress worn down Windows covered by blinds - can’t see outside (feels like being jailed) Cutlery and glasses unwashed Doors to rooms difficult to open/close Beer bottles in garden Unmowed lawn Part of a broken fence in the backyard Parking restricted - occupied by owner’s car Kitchen - no blinds

Would not recommend for the price we paid

− Overgrown yard; 'maintenance car' in the driveway (looked like it hasn't been moved in ages); arrived within the time frame to check in (arranged two days before) - no code provided, tried to contact property person multiple times, waited an hour for response; no teatowels provided; rubbish under furniture in lounge room; hair and hair pins on the chaise lounge in the bedroom; flood light in the back near the driveway doesn't work (lit up once during our stay)
