7.0The view was nice and the room was clean.
− We never got the wifi password, even though I messaged the owner several times. We couldn’t watch anything on television because it wasn’t cable, you had to have wifi to watch Netflix etc. There was only a blanket on the bed and it was too small. It didn’t cover the whole bed. We had to go to Walmart and buy a blanket for the bed. You could hear everything that the room connected to ours said or did. There was a locked door connecting the 2 rooms.
I would never book with this property again.
2.0We were two hours away after booking over a month prior to arrival and received a message from the owner cancelling our stay. This was a holiday weekend and really sucked. We had to get a mediocre inland hotel for holiday rates that were twice what we paid for the villa. It was really handled poorly and we couldn’t believe after having such long standing reservations that we got cancelled. The explanation was bookings double booked our stay. 2 hours before we arrived.
− Being cancelled on a holiday weekend 2 hrs before we arrived. When I received the email that we had to cancel our stay I called over and over and the owner would not answer. Booking then tried to call him and he didn’t answer then either. It was not handled well. It definitely made our trip very expensive and stressful.

Be more specific on what you are offering and what you are giving. THIS WASN"T IT
3.0First, I was verbally provided the wrong address. After I contacted the host, I was told I was two (2) hours away from the property. Upon arrival I had to turn on my flashers on my vehicle to find the turn-off from the main street. It was in between two houses next to a tree. There was no clear address on the homes for you to see. It was a dark street with nothing to identify except the Gun store across the street. After I passed tightly between the two (2) houses there were abandon homes to my left and to my right with no identification. Upon arrival the doors on the other parts of the property were open and no real security. The sliding door was left open for me to access the property, and the facility looked as if someone came in and hung the towels up and just left them. Didn't know if they were clean or not. I brought my own just in case.
− The availability to access the property. That has to be better and more defined.
