Waste of time and money!

The windows and they were receptive to trying to correct issues

− the whole reason why I booked this place was because of the hot tub, bathtub, and to be able to sleep in the master bedroom both nights. The bed broke the first night while we were trying to sleep in it at no fault of our own. The bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned, as there were bug remains in the bathtub so we proceeded to clean the tub and when we went to fill it up the hot water ran out after about a few minutes. When we went to use the hot tub, it was a brisk 61° so we were unable to use it which was an amenity that was a part of the place and per book policy should’ve been serviced and checked before we arrived. Lastly, the kitchen and master bathroom had a lot of flies, and all the toilets were extremely hard to flush, the repair person even made a comment about how new toilets were needed.

Deep Creek Dunk Ladies weekend was GREAT at Terps Hideaway!

The house was great, we had a couple kitchen items that had to be addressed and that was done so immediately. The staff was very attentive and flexible!
