4.0− The house needs a really good clean, there is a strange smell noticeable as soon as you enter and the towels and bed linen have all seen better days.

Enjoyable. Well worth a visit & would recommend the cottage.
9.0Great location. Quiet area. Beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. Very clean and tidy. Everything we needed. Lovely outdoor space - also tastefully renovated. Parking easy. Near facilities & an easy walk into town.
− The front door lock a bit of a nightmare - very tricky to open & we were constantly worried about the key breaking in the lock - it did seem to have a slight bend in it. Oh dear - the super king bed ….. the most uncomfortable mattress we’ve encountered in a cottage/hotel. I know we’re unused to warm weather in the UK but a lighter duvet with the option of an extra blanket would have been better. No fan was provided.
