Hotel is ok but Poor communication will make me think twice if I will use this hotel again
5.0Breakfast was very average. Staff could not understand hindi OR English adequately, hence created problems at times and resulted in non-provision of the specific items requested. Location was good. Transport, boatride, mall etc were close to hotel.
− Main problem was the poor understanding of Hindi & English which caused problems. As a result, room cleaning was not done on request and provision of regular items at the room was lacking. Not sure why all staff were very young aged and manager on duty was never seen.
Not recommended unless u don’t have any other option nearby
