9.0Cozy , the aircon work well, water heater works ok. Surrounded by nice cafe . Walk distance mostly anywhere to get foods . The owner very nice and the staff very nice too. Thxs
− The water heater sometimes is hot and sometimes is not , the closets 🚽 run out the water after flushing not getting water filled the tank for sometimes. No bidet. The noise of the cabinet when open and closed.
