4.0Stained and stinky sofa bed. Unclear communication on check in/out process. Check in office was unstaffed at the time of check in. I don't think we'll stay at other Vacasa properties again.

6.0The property was quite dated. When we booked, we didn't realize that the property was managed by Vacasa. They communicated through email. The instructions were sufficient, but it would have been nice to interact with a real person. The location was convenient, but the property was not very nice.
