− Manglende rengøring. Beskidt voksdug på bordet. Klæbende fedt på gulvet ved komfuret. Skabslåger og stikkontakter mm smudsige. Manglede poser og affaldsbeholdere til at sortere affald i køkkenet.

− Alloggio pulito solo superficialmente, interno dei mobili, angoli e finestre mai puliti, orario check-in da concordare con 4 giorni di anticipo (e poi abbiamo dovuto comunque telefonare e aspettare che arrivasse la persona), cibo nel congelatore lasciato da altri ospiti scaduti da un anno, bagno privato ma fuori dall'appartamento (non dichiarato nella descrizione dell'appartamento), nessuna dotazione base di sale, zucchero, olio, ecc.
