− צימר מעל מסעדה שאמורה לעבוד עד שלוש בפועל היה שם רעש נוראי של סועדים ואחכ של צוות המטבח עד השעה חמש. גם כשהערנו לא ממש היתה התייחסות בקיצור מנוחה לא היתה לנו. היינו כלואים בחדר עד שכולם עזבו. המקום ראה ימים טובים יותר זקוק לתחזוקה וניקיון. בקיצור אכזבה גדולה
