− El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, no era capaz de refrescar la estancia. Carecía de persianas por lo que entraba luz muy temprano y el menaje era muy escaso.

9.0El alojamiento está muy bien situado y es cómodo, el problema es que había ola de calor cuando fuimos y hacía muchísimo calor ya que es un ático. Por lo demás genial, las personas que nos atendieron muy amables y atentas.

7.0La ubicación está bien. Se aparca fácilmente, hay super cerca y el barrio es tranquilo. El Ayuntamiento puede currárselo un poco más con las aceras y limpieza en general. El apartamento cuenta con una buena terraza para disfrutar en el buen tiempo pero no tiene ni una mesa por lo que no puedes comer o cenar lo que la hace inutilizable. Poner algo sería genial pues es un actractivo. Tambien un toldo estaría bien para minimizar el calor y mejorar el aire acondicionado con algún ventilador. Adminte mascotas que es genial
− Hay que avisar que aun que tenga ascensor no llega a la séptima planta para que si vienen personas con movilidad reducida lo tengan en cuenta.

7.0Ubicación, amplitud del alojamiento, aire acondicionado (es un ático y hace bastante calor)...
− No funcionaba la cisterna del inodoro. Avisamos, pero se nos dijo que ya iría a revisarlo alguien (en tres días no vino nadie), ninguna solución. Estuvimos tres días tirando cubos de agua cada vez que alguien usaba el retrete.
