1.0I complained about the cleanliness of villa and cancelled the booking. I was expecting a free cancellation or at least some money back. Unclean kitchen and no restaurant nearby. That was the reason for booking cancellation

− Le manque de propreté absolu de l’appartement (traces de saleté sur les portes, moisissures dans les douches, linge de lit non changé, présence de cheveux et de poils partout, nourriture moisie dans le frigo, vaisselle cassée et extrêmement sale)
