10.0Skvělé ubytování, vše nové, čisté, přesně jako na obrázcích. Nádherný výhled a kousek od pláže. Okolí udržované, pláž i park velmi čisté. Moře čisté s pozvolným vstupem. Ubytovatelka paní Gemma je velmi milá a vstřícná. Určitě se sem znovu rádi vrátíme.
− Ubytování bylo perfektní, ale pokud dojedete autem, tak parkování v letní sezóně je placené mezi 10 - 21hod.

10.0Fantastisch mooi gerenoveerd appartement. Alles netjes, nieuw en schoon. Gemma de host is een schat, regelt alles perfect voor je. Ligging is fantastisch, dichtbij het strand en de winkels. Het onder het appartementencomplex ligt “snackbar Edel Mar”, waar je fantastische paella en andere gerechten kunt eten, voor een mooie prijs!

10.0Top Appartement! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Bei Fragen per Whatsapp bekommt man zügig eine Antwort und Hilfestellung. Die Lage und der Ausblick hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
− An der Wohnung gab es nichts negatives! (Das hat keinen Einfluss auf die Bewertung, da die Vermieter nichts für die defekten Automaten können, aber kann anderen in der Zukunft helfen.) Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Nähe vorhanden, ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg. Die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus sind nun kostenpflichtig (Stand August 2025). 20€ die Woche - das Problem, dass die Automaten teilweise nicht geklappt haben und es nicht möglich war ein Ticket zu beziehen. Tagesticket kostet um die 10€, was auf Dauer kostspielig wird. Dank der Hilfe der Vermieter konnten wir das Problem mit den Automaten klären. Wenn ein Automat nicht funktioniert, dann geht weiter und versucht es am nächsten. Bei uns hat es am 4. geklappt :-)
Stay in La Pineda
10.0Was met by our lovely host Gemma on arrival at the apartment who showed us around and provided some information on the area, restaurants, bus services and supermarkets. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and had everything needed for a hassle free stay. Air-conditioning was very efficient as the weather was very hot during our stay We had a beautiful view of the sea and only a short walk to have regular dips in the sea.
