The host responded very quickly and kindly welcomed us even though we arrived late at night. The apartment is in a convenient location, with the beach and promenade just a short walk away. Everything was comfortable and the area was great for evening walks, restaurants and relaxing by the sea. We really appreciated the host’s flexibility and helpful communication. A pleasant place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to any couple visiting Durrës. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the beach and within easy reach of the many restaurants along the seafront. What really made the stay exceptional was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. Living next door, they were always available to assist whenever needed and even helped arrange a taxi for my return journey. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic property in a superb location, offering great comfort and outstanding hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and a lively street with everything you might need. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The views are beautiful and add to the overall experience. We enjoyed our stay. The host was amazing, whenever we had any questions or issues, he responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of.

− It was dusty and the main door was hard to open. The other door wasn't closing. There was no microwave or oven. The main entrance was dirty. The shower needs a curtain.

Super lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży. Bardzo ładny apartament.

Гостеприимство на высшем уровне. Мы приехали в 7 утра, поэтому нас попросили 5-10 мин подождать и угостили вкуснейшим кофе и милкшейк для нашей дочери в Vila 9 ресторане. Это было очень мило с их стороны. В Vila 9 цены в сравнении с другими дешевле и качество отличное. Пробовали кофе и милкшейк в других заведениях, но вернулись к нашему vila 9. В аппаратаментах мы не нашли чашек для чая, и на нашу просьбу сразу откликнулись и доставили нам чашки вместе с упаковкой чая🫶. Было приятным бонусом, что на пляже лежаки с зонтом для нас бесплатно. Расположение великолепное, просто у моря. Порадовал Fish Haus напротив наших апартаментов с украинским персоналом, советуем у них отведать морепродукты.
