Unkomplizierte Übernahme. Schöne Lage. Komplett ausgestattet.

− Die letzten paar hundert Meter zur Villa haben es in sich: steil, eng und kurvenreich. Die Aussicht muss ja verdient werden. Nachteil ist, dass die Aussicht nur vom Schlafzimmer und Poolbereich aus genossen werden kann. Küchen, Wohnstube und Esstisch schauen nach hinten.
