We left without staying. The property was not as described, filthy and not fit for purpose.
1.0Absolutely nothing. We didn’t stay. The property was filthy, and the window looking from the kitchen to the master bedroom made it not fit for purpose. Neither Booking.com or the property would offer a refund despite evidence as “only the property can authorise a refund and they are not responding to us”.

4.0The apartment was very well laid out
− The apartment wasn't clean, the shower had stains all over it, there were cobwebs in the main bedroom on the ceiling and a fair few spiders. The bedside table had dust all over it, the oven needed cleaning. The bed was very noisy when you turned over.
