Regrettable, for the money you pay you expect hot water and for a response when you contact them about it.

9.0Easy layout of the apartment was clever , providing neat access and the use of all home requirements that are necessary to enjoy a week from ones own place of residence.
− The issues that we encountered were very minor , namely a slight infestation of ants in the kitchen ensured we left zero food available for them and also the sliding windows had no key to open and provide fresh air .

10.0We left before breakfast,
− It was a lovely space lovely people. My Granddaughter an I were to fly home from Melbourne and our flights were cancelled. We could not arrive at the accommodation till just after eleven pm. So grateful and appreciative. Tea bags coffee milk, i so needed a cup of tea. Shampoo conditioner. Great comfortable bed and perfect pillows , i have a bad neck, and pillows were the perfect thickness. Thank You
