4.0− Terrible noise from locals at pub, loud music - people being sick outside. Screeching seagulls outside windows. Next door house piled up rubbish from house refurbishment. Tiny house.. there was three of us, any more and there wouldn’t be anywhere to sit. Stairs to loft room, unbelievably precarious.
