1.0− Even though my booking at Cozy Nest was made and confirmed a month in advance, I was disappointed to learn on the day of arrival that the property was closed for maintenance. I only found this out when I called the owner, who then offered me rooms at a nearby property instead. While I appreciate the alternative arrangement, this information should have been communicated well before our arrival. For travelers, especially those with family and small children, it’s very difficult to manage such changes at the last minute. Eventually, we decided to book and stay at another hotel. I hope the management improves their communication with guests in the future to avoid such inconvenience.

10.0The rooms were clean and place was close to beach and cafes .. friendly host too but we had to leave as we did have an emergency but highly recommend this place!
