− It smelled of damp on arrival...we did a spring clean Wallpaper hanging off No lampshades Uncomfortable beds No shower door... shower was hot/cold No toilet paper Not enough crockery for 6.. we have restocked cups /glasses Not enough towels Biggest issue was the front door didn't lock without a struggle.....safety issue

− It’s a basement flat with shutters over the doors so no natural light in the living space. It was quite cold (laminate laid on concrete). The TV didn’t work and I was told it would be fixed, but it wasn’t. The WiFi codes arrived a day and a half late after chasing and the WiFi connection was poor, which made work challenging. It wasn’t particularly clean and no soap was provided. It’s down some stairs off the street of a row of derelict shops, so didn’t feel particularly safe.
