5.0The layout in the apartment is ok.
− The lack of maintenance in the apartment having to spend the whole day indoors waiting for people to fix a fallen geyser wich almost fall on my daughter. The table at the balcony could be changed to couches as the space is quite small. Hanging rail was rusted and could not be used ended up using the table for wet towels. Chipped plates and side plates not cool. No dishwasher.
