Good value for money across the board
9.0Good air con in crazy heat. Bed and sofa bed are good for price of room. No problem with shower or toilet. Balcony was good enough, was on 1st floor so wasn’t expecting anything special in terms of views.
− Didn’t see anything about their being additional bed / bathroom towels under the bed which would have been really helpful. Didn’t find them until we were leaving the apartment.

7.0La posizione e la pulizia ottime. Host abbastanza presenti.
− Per cinque persone con la disposizione attuale è scomodo come alloggio. Spostando il divano nella stanza più grande la zona giorno diventerebbe più comoda per cucinare e mangiare mentre ora è molto sacrificata. Il “tavolo” piccolo scomodo e traballante e il lavandino del bagno 20x30cm che impedisce di sciacquarsi i denti comodamente, dovrebbero essere sostituiti appena possibile, a mio avviso. Anche il lavandino della cucina sarebbe più comodo se più grande.

8.0Établissement moderne, propre, proche d’une station métro/train. Petite cuisine bien aménagée avec le kit de nécessité (éponge, produit vaisselle, lavette, torchon)
− Le logement est proposé pour 4 personnes mais pour les personnes qui doivent dormir sur le canapé lit, le matelas est très fin et la climatisation leur souffle dessus

7.0La ubicación sin ser Barcelona, estaba muy bien comunicado. El apartamento es agradable y está bien distribuido.
− No estaba del todo limpio, sobre todo la habitación de arriba.
