10.0Būstas pakankamai netoli jūros. Parkavimo vietų prie pat būsto nedaug, bet mums pavyko rasti. Jei ir nerasite visada galima pastatyti šalia esančiuose kiemuose. Būstas 6 aukšte, yra veikiantis liftas. Lovos patogios, yra virtuvė, dušas. Visame būste nesenai atliktas modernus remontas. Komunikacija su būsto šeimininku buvo sklandi, paprastas įsiregistravimas. Rekomenduoju net nemirktelėjęs!
− Buvo nedidelis nesusipratimas apmokant už būstą, bet su šeimininku radome greitą kompromisą.
