All new clean and comfortable. Short drive to the city and beautiful sites. Beautiful and big garden. Lots of sun inside.

Lovely place to stay

Clean and tidy, well equiped kitchen and laundry. Property manager was very responsive to our emails.

− No smoke alarms. It’s quite noisy due to the busy road.

This appeared to be a newly refurbished property. It was clean and tidy and decorated in black and white. There are no decorations on the wall, so it is rather impersonal. The kitchen was largely well-equipped, although we could not find any coffee making facilities, even though fresh coffee was kindly supplied. Overall we had a really lovely stay, there was no information about what to see in the area, but the manager of the nearby Kiwi Spirit distillery made many great suggestions. A few small tweaks should enable the next guests to rate this even more highly.
